AI is showing up in every practice we serve: commercial insurance, employee benefits, personal lines, and retirement plans. Over four posts, we will track what is real, what is exposure, and what to ask.

Most of the AI conversation in our industry happens in silos. P&C carriers talk about AI in underwriting. Benefits vendors talk about it in enrollment and engagement. Personal lines carriers talk about it in pricing and renewal decisions. Retirement recordkeepers talk about it in participant experience. The vocabularies differ; the substance often does not.
